PSA continues to uphold high quality standards with ISO 9001 certification
Last month PSA participated in an ISO 9001 audit and passed all criteria without the need for any adjustments. This reconfirmed the excellent standards to which it conducts business.
The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems is a set of standards that helps organizations ensure they meet customer and other stakeholder needs.
PSA was assessed under seven primary quality management principles, which ensure it has a strong customer focus, appropriate motivation and implications for top management, that it takes a process approach, and strives for continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps PSA to ensure that customers get a consistent, good-quality service.
